Tuesday 26 June 2007, Royal College of Art
Innovation Night is an annual event at the Royal College of Art that gives RCA business, academic and research partners the opportunity to meet the innovators of the future.
At the heart of RCA Innovation Night is the annual Innovation Lecture - which was given this year by Bruce Nussbaum, who has spent the past 30 years writing on design, innovation and economics for BusinessWeek in New York.
Nussbaum spoke on a range of global innovation trends is a witty and wide-ranging address. You can read the full text of his lecture here.

In 2007, Innovation Night not only took place in the RCA Galleries but also, across the road, in the Kensington Gardens Tent in the Park, an additional venue erected to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the founding of the South Kensington cultural campus. Fittingly, the 2007 RCA Show was called The Great Exhibition 2007. On show was the work of graduating RCA students from the Schools of Architecture and Design, Communications, Fashion and Textiles, Fine Art, Applied Art and Humanities.
Innovation Night in 2006 featured a special lecture by RCA alumnus James Dyson.
Innovation Night is organised by InnovationRCA.
