Intellectual Property (IP) Rights in work of RCA students and staff

Staff and students are responsible for the protection of their work. This is particularly important if presenting the work to anyone outside College and confidentiality agreements should be used.

Members of staff and registered students at the RCA are bound by confidentiality clauses, so they can show work of each other within the College without jeopardising chances of protecting it at a later date.

The RCA, its employees, agents and subcontractors will not be responsible or liable to users of the information or any other person for errors or omissions, or for any losses, costs or claims arising from relying on the information or advice provided on this website. See the links for details of how to protect work.

Also, the RCA is not responsible for the content of any external websites which may be linked to this RCA Website.
